🛒 Ordering & Payment
1. How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy! Browse our store, choose your product, select the size and color (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes.

4. Where do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide! However, some remote areas may have limited shipping options.
5. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the destination. Below are the estimated shipping times:
📍 USA: 2-5 business days
📍 Canada: 10-15 business days
📍 Europe: 5-10 business days
📍 Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
📍 International: 10-30 business days (varies by country)
Note: Most orders are processed within 24–72 hours before they’re shipped.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
7. Will my items arrive together?
If you ordered multiple products, they might ship separately depending on where they are produced and shipped from. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
8. Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping to ensure the best quality and pricing for our customers.

9. What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@truecraftnation.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement.
11. Do you offer refunds?
Yes! Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

12. How do I care for my T-shirts?
To keep your T-shirts in great condition:
✔ Wash inside out in cold water
✔ Tumble dry on low heat
✔ Avoid bleach and ironing directly on prints
13. How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Chart for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
