We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. At TruecraftNation, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

📦 Received a damaged, defective, or misprinted order? No worries! We’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement, refund, or another solution.


🔄 Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns if your item:
✔️ Arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted (must be reported within 30 days).
✔️ You provide clear photos showing the issue.

🚫 We can’t accept returns for:

  • ❌ Gift cards
  • ❌ Personalized/custom orders
  • ❌ Items that aren’t damaged, defective, or misprinted
  • ❌ Orders placed with incorrect details (wrong size, color, or style)

📢 Important: Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer—we handle everything in-house.


📬 How to Request a Return or Refund

💡 Have an issue? Just email us at contact@truecraftnation.com with:

1️⃣ Your order number
2️⃣ Photos of the issue (damage, defect, or misprint)
3️⃣ A short description of the problem

📩 Once we check it out, we’ll let you know if a replacement or refund is approved. 🚚 Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.


💰 Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
⌛ Refunds usually take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

🔄 Exchanges: We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items.
🚨 No exchanges for size or color changes, but we’ll try to assist!

🚫 No refunds or replacements if:

  • ❌ Wrong size or color was chosen (we’ll help guide you next time!)
  • ❌ More than 30 days have passed since delivery
  • ❌ Incorrect order details were provided at checkout
  • ❌ If an order goes missing due to an incorrect address, only the product price is refundable (excluding shipping & additional charges).

🚫 Canceling an Order

🔄 Changed your mind? You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t entered production or shipped. Once it's in production, we can’t stop it.


📦 Return Shipping

📌 Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
📌 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
📌 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance.


💸 Waiting on a Refund?

✔️ Allow 3-5 business days after approval.
✔️ Check your bank account or credit card statement.
✔️ Still nothing? Contact your bank—processing may take longer.
✔️ If it’s still missing, reach out to us, and we’ll look into it!
